What They Need
As part of the construction of a new cellar dedicated to professional beef loins aging, Boucherie Bellerose would like to offer a unique experience to its customers by certifying the origin and quality of their meat through real-time monitoring of the aging process of their cuts. To do so, the butchery is looking for hardware that can capture the subtleties of meat aging and software that presents the condensed images on an intuitive platform for customers.
